I struggled with this for many years growing up, not quite knowing what it was and just thinking that I just had “rosey cheeks”. I also had the raised bumps all over my cheeks.
As a teenager it became more bothersome, we didn’t use make up at school so there was no way of covering it up.
I wasn’t red all the time, just in the most inappropriate of times. It would flare up when I was too hot, too cold, embarrassed and even when I wasn’t embarrassed, which subsequently made me embarrassed.

It wasn’t until a couple of years ago that I discovered a product – a face mask that I was able to considerably reduce my Rosacea. This mask helps to restore the natural moisture to the surface of the skin.
It happened gradually over the course of a few months and by 7 months I saw a complete change in my skin. I now continually use this product to help keep it at bay and also help keep my skin fresh.
